Reve Brewing

Reve Brewing was located - you guessed it! In a strip mall. The interior though was decorated as a swanky, speakeasy-type bar with dark accents and dim lit lighting. The bar itself was huge and clearly an antique. This brewery was recommended to us by two beertenders earlier in the day so we decided it was worth the short drive from Jax Beach. This brewery was cool and if the rating depended solely on me, it would have been higher. They know what beer they want to brew and stick to it as told by their slogan - “We only do a few styles. But, we do those styles well.” This was our problem with it. Their menu had a lot of options for IPAs, Sours & Barrel-Aged Imperial Stouts. They had one light beer on the menu that was a Mexican Lager so Ray chose that. I had the Logic Bomb IPA with Vic Secret and Citra hops and really liked it. Our favorite part of the visit though was the House Bread and Pesto Dipping Sauce from Bones Pizza, who shares the space. It was so so good and next time we’re in the area, we will plan a whole meal at this place. - B
