Tabula Rasa Brewing

I can’t put my finger on it but this brewery just didn’t do it for me. From the moment we walked in I just kind of had the ick but the space wasn’t gross or anything. They had plenty of beers on tap and I tried a Pale Ale/Blonde Ale Hybrid and liked it. They had basically brewed a Blonde Ale but added Mosaic Hops to give it a tiny bit of hoppiness. Ray had the Slate Light, an American Light. The coolest thing about this brewery was their outside space. It was huge and had a lot tree-shaded area. The location was also at the end of a dead end, tucked away into a corner so the outdoor space felt pretty secluded. The beer wasn’t anything special and they didn’t have a lot on tap that caught my attention. - B
