Variant Brewing Company

Variant Brewing did not make it easy for us to visit. We tried to visit twice but they were still under strict Covid protocol and were only allowing take-out beer. This certainly isn’t a complaint from us, more of a testament to how bad we wanted to visit! Our third time we got lucky and enjoyed a few beers on their patio. It was a beautiful day and the patio was busy. They have a cool interior too, reminds me of a fancy barn because of the unique shape and farmhouse-ish decor inside. I wish we hadn’t visited this brewery before we decided to keep track of our visits as I would be able to tell you all the beers I had - each was delicious. They really seem to know what they’re doing with beer there and i’m excited to make a trek back. A bonus for us was how pup-friendly their patio was! - B
