Central Standard Brewing

I have been to Central Standard Brewing years back with my parents, it was actually one of the first breweries I had been to and I felt really cool being there. Flash forward five-plus years and I still feel really cool here. They have a neat and unique vibe going on. There are a lot of plants and vintage-like furniture that looks better here than it does your grandma’s house. My complaint is that they are extremely IPA-heavy. I love an IPA but variety is more important to me when picking out favorite breweries. I’m happy to go back again because I do like the vibes here but only if they add a few more simple beers - or honestly any other kind of beer to their menu. - B
